Cambridge Mews of St. Andrews East At The Plantation has a Condominium Owners’ Association (COA) that is governed by our Declaration, our Bylaws and by Florida’s Statute 718.
The goal of this COA is to maintain a quality environment in the community and to help sustain or enhance property values. In order to do this 1) Each condominium unit is entitled to one vote at Association meetings per the articles of incorporation & declaration of condominium and 2) Exterior Appearance and/or Landscaping modifications must be approved by Architectural and/or the Landscaping Committees.
